SEXIEST SOCKS ON EARTH!
MianWoon: "I am beginning to pity Doraemon."

MianWoon got me along to Angela Chang's mini concert.
She actually gave me a last minute call.
Hmmm, maybe she should thank me for accompanying her to the concert,
right?????????? :)
MianWoon, you are welcome!
Hahaha.

Even though you are welcome,
I must still thank you for bringing me along.

She won two free tickets from 93.3fm.
For your information,
I think you can actually get the ticket by purchasing Angela's album too.

The concert was not so bad.
Pretty short.
It ended an hour later.

As you know,
Angela Chang is very, very, very, small in size.
And my camera is not very powerful.
So I could only snap her pictures via the big screen at both sides.

I think she looks like a Barbie Doll.
Maybe because of her make-up and hairstyle?
Ah wait, she also looks like some Japanese artiste, yeeeeah?

Throughout the concert,
the one and only thing that I was very interested in is...

... THE SPOTLIGHTS!

Concert lighting is always the best!
Coolest.
Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet and white!

However, I once screwed up my English Oral because of that.

Teacher: Have you been to a concert before?
Me: YES! (The Click Five's concert)
Teacher: Tell me more about the concert.
Me: The lightings are very nice.

In the end, I got the lowest oral score in class.
Eh, the lightings were indeed fabulous what.
I was lying.

White, violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange, and red.
Colourful stage.
N.I.C.E!

Anyway,
I guess the most beautiful stage preview for the night was:

THIS!
Woooh, I love it.

Oh ya, see, Angela Chang is very small in size right!
Hahaha.

After the mini concert ended,
there was this last minute autograph session.
I didn't buy the disc.
MianWoon bought it instead.

We joined in the queue,
and left the hall in no time.
Haiya, the security was strict.
We had to get out of the hall as soon as she signed the album.

This period of time,
there are many events held at the Expo.
Food fair, some sales, and Hello Kitty laboratory...

We went to the food fair after the concert.
By then, it was around, 10 plus?
The food fair was almost empty.
Practically all the stalls were cleared up.

At around 11,
we took the train back.

MianWoon won me in TAP TAP!
Twice somemore.
No way!
Hahaha, let's battle Owl City - Fireflies!

Nah, I'm rusty already.

By the way,
anybody knows what's BB Cream?
How do you use BB Cream?
Is BB Cream useful?

I must be a real newbie.
I heard about BB Cream everywhere.
Like Etude, Beauty Credits, Silkygirl, etc.
But I have no idea what exactly is a BB Cream.

So I tried the small bottle of sample Etude House gave me.
After spending more than thirty bucks there...
Remember, the party ticket... >.<

I squeezed some BB Cream onto my hand,
and started applying on my face.
Then, I looked like a monster!
I was white.

I tried to get rid of the cream,
but it seemed like it is waterproof!
Later, I used cotton wool,
and I finally got rid of the cream successfully.

That's why I was late to meet up with MianWoon.
(Even though I tweeted that I won't be late)
BB Cream!!!

Cosmetics to me are worse than Sciences.

Still, I wish to know what's BB Cream.
Maybe I can have some smooth faces like Lee Min Ho?
Hahaha.

Alright,
Happy Angela Day!
I am off to sleep now.

My dearest brother has left me in his room some time ago,
and here he is, snoring away.

Stupid TAP TAP, makes me so addicted to it.
And then didn't want to give me 100%.
What is 99% man!
Just that oneeeeeeeeee percent and I own Owl City - Fireflies!

Have you watched 2012?
It is very exciting and interesting.
America, I still want to visit you someday.
Please wait for me.

But I think before America really sink,
Singapore has already gone missing.
Nevermind, I know how to swim.
Hahaha, is that convincing enough?

So I watched it with a... (oo) this time.
You know Pig Is Good.

That 158-minutes movie was chop chop nice.
Marina GV is not bad I tell you.
There is a fierce security guard standing at one corner,
be careful of him.

Nowadays I have been watching movies.
I think I'm giving the midnight movie marathon a miss already.
Provided if it is still on.
All the movies I wanna watch have been ticked.
Like Nike.

Eh, surprisingly hah,
someone from Red Camp I don't know added me.
-show off-
Hello anyway.

Okay uh, go watch 2012 if you have not managed to catch it.
Goodnight.

See me at Graduation Night.
Graduation Night I'll see you.
Hopefully, we can have bird nest.

I don't really wish for bird nest fern though.

Room cleaning in the middle of the night :]

By YenShan · November 20, 2009 · 0 Comments · 4 Views

Whoa, it's almost three now.
And I just finished packing my entire room.
It's not really clean yet,
but at least I got all my books and worksheets into the boxes my mother passed to me.

Yeah, mission accomplished.
My mother is going to be surprised again.

She was right.
"Let's wait until you have the right mood to pack your room. Once you have that mood, you will pack your entire room at one go. It's okay if you are not going to pack you room now, just wait for your mood to come."

It happens all the time when my room is extremely messy.
And when my room is messy, it will no longer look like a room.
My bed will gradually become my table,
my table will gradually become my "open cupboard",
my cupboard will gradually be full,
and the floor will gradually become my bed.

So this is it,
that Whisper box which I was referring to previously.
Specially for my textbooks and guide books.

I feel pretty satisfied now.
I finally packed my room.
My mother will stop nagging at me until...
Maybe a few weeks' time?

Yeah a strike off on my die-die-must-do-during-holiday list.
PACK MY ROOM.

Anyway, check this out:

Cool, cool, cool?
Enough to be a Teenage fan?
Can I win more prizes?
Prizes, please :)

These are probably the only A4 size books which are left in my room.
I didn't know I am still keeping, 2005 Teenage Magazines?
Hah, I'm throwing 2005 & 2006 ones away.

Teenage, Teenage, I miss winning prizes.
Give me more chances uh.
Hahaha, my irritating greed.

Hmmm, I actually brought my brother's laptop into my room.
I don't dare to step out of my room anymore.
I want to wash my hands but the kitchen is too far for me.
I have no guts to on the living room lights.
Phobia of darkness + Thinking way too much.

Luckily, I have a strong bladder.
Haha what the heck.

Hey I better go sleep now.
Already delayed 3 hours.
2012 tomorrow.

<Shut up, the world won't end in 2012.>
Facebook is cute and funny.

Will my mum pat on my shoulder and say "good job"?

Goodnight,
YenShan

Don't believe what I say.

The Click Five is back! :)
I'll wait patiently till next year.

I've changed my mind again.
I am not going to Red Camp today.
There are many reasons to it.
But well, pointless.

I should not think too much,
or else things will get worse.

Anyway, I'm making a trip down to a job agency later on.
Hmmm, it is going to rain in no time.
All the dark clouds are gathering together now.
Tsk.

If it stops later,
I shall walk home.

It's Thursday.
I know that it's Thursday.
I know you know that it's Thursday.
But I bet you don't know why I started this Thursday thing.
Cause I also don't know the reason why I started saying that it's Thursday.

I have nothing to blog about.
I just want a job now.
Any job, any pay, anything.
Let me kill my entire holiday time.

And of course, earn a little bit for my Japan and HK trip.
Ah and a pair of sneakers.
I will be happy throughout the month.
Employ me, anybody?
Mom, I'll help you settle all the house chores?
$5 for one chore. How about that?

The Leonid night

By YenShan · November 18, 2009 · 0 Comments · 6 Views

I am back from the Leonid Meteor Shower.

Japanese Garden was full of people.
There were stage performances,
mini food fair,
and meteor shower exhibition plus lots of moon photos.

I think that man is a scientist,
He was carrying out several experiments.
Explosive ones.
And the relighting of splint due to oxygen.

Later, the movie marathon began.
I settled down at somewhere not very close to the screen.

Initially, the sky was extremely cloudy.
I reached the garden at around 11.30,
and I could see nothing, not even a small tiny little twinkling star.
Until 2.30 or so, the cloud began to move away.

And there came my brother.
Ya~ He told me the sky was cleared because of him,
"the handsome guy".
AHEM.

More stars finally appeared at roughly 3am.
And I think the first shooting star was spotted then.
I didn't see the first one after people went "WAAAAAA!"

The second one appeared like... an hour later?!
That was the one I saw right in front of me.
A pretty long, elegant, straight, bright shooting star,
which was in slow motion.

Luckily it was moving slow,
if not I think I would have a hard time to even spot one.

The third one appeared right after the second one.
But it just zoooooooooooooooooom
and disappeared in the dark sky.

So... in total,
I only saw 2 shooting stars.
7 hours of waiting to exchange for 2 shooting stars.
Am I lucky to spot at least one?

I made a wish though.
I wanted to make more if I see the next few shooting stars.
But, I didn't see any of them anymore.

A lot people would suddenly "WOW!"
And my reaction would always be "WHERE!"
By the time I turned to their direction,
the sky was still the same, clear with nothing.

So, Meteor Shower is supposed to look like this:

But what happened last night was this:

Just one or two shooting stars across the sky,
for like every 30 minutes or maybe an hour?

I guess Singapore is too bright to experience a meteor shower.
But nevertheless, I think many people would feel satisfied to see the shooting stars.
Imagine, when will you see a shooting star in Singapore?
Shooting star is quite rare in this small island right?

Afterall, I spent a long night at a garden for the first time.
Not bad though.
There was no crocodile attack even though I was sitting down along the pond.
:)

Hope some photographer has shot down the meteor stars last night.

I feel guilty not going for Red Camp today.
I will be back tomorrow.
And I am off to the bank now.

YenShan

Meteor, please Shower me tonight. I beg you.

MYSPACE: KYLE HAS SENT YOU A MESSAGE!
It has been more than a month ever since I see this in my inbox.
Haha, my subject of the message is, "Remember me?"
Action right!

Red Camp is not that fun...
Maybe because I was tired of cheering,
not wanting a sore throat,
and also because I wasn't interested in all the courses we visited today.

Free meal was okay.
KFC 2-piece chicken meal.
Hahaha, I'm really cheapskate.

We went to School Of Humanities today.
And Zeng Xuan was selected to assist in some magic show.
She was very funny on stage with all her cute little actions.
Hahaha.

The student beside her was the magician.
And she turned a torn tissue paper into lots of small papers.
It was very nice.
So I picked them up one by one,
and blew it towards MianWoon and YunBei.

What did MianWoon do back to me?
She stuff them into my shirt.
When I stood up, boom!

At School of Humanities,
we were told to make a panda using plasticine.
And the panda's name was... Hummi?
(Ahhh I forgot.)

I didn't really pay attention.
I have no idea why we were making panda,
and why was panda the significant one.

But no matter what, my panda is nice right!
Hehehe.

The Puppet show was the best activity for today.
Super awesome.
"Sophie..............................!"
And the girls started this Sofy, body fit! -___________-"

MIANWOON AGAIN!
Okay uh, her nails look kind of nice in this picture.
Hmmm, wonder who was so good to accompany her for manicure the other day...

We went to School of Sciences too.
Everything there was greek to me.
However, the process of giving birth was interesting.
And RuiShan earned lollipops for all of us.

Oh ya, we were supposed to plant some leaves ourselves too.
But I took the ready-made one.
And guess what stupid question I asked the student first.

"Errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, is there caterpillar?"

That was to assure that I will definitely not die because of heart attack,
or evil rashes that never fail to tempt me to scratch all the time.
Well, I carried one pot of leaves with me, with no caterpillar.

I tried marshmallow and biscuits that were frozen by liquid nitrogen.
Pretty cool man.
The food tasted rather the same,
except that softer marshmallow will taste better.

Ah I forgot to mention that I was late today.
Okay... not very late...
Just a few minutes.
I could not find the Convention Centre,
and had to wait for my brother who was still sleeping when I left the house.

Opening ceremony was very enjoyable.
The introduction of the five tribes by the five leaders.
I'm very much impressed by the way they presented themselves.
If only I, who trembled on stage to answer "what is integrity"  during Sec 2,  will have more confidence to be like them.

Camp ended thirty minutes later,
and many lightnings were striking in the sky.
Bad sign for tonight's meteor shower.

Sad right,
the other time, for the Sun eclipse,
it rained.
Today, for the meteor shower,
it also rained.
(I think it is still drizzling now though)

Let's wait till 11.
If the rain stop by 11,
I'll take a nice bath,
wear a hoodie,
and spend a night at Japanese Garden.

Anybody is going?

(Btw, I'm giving Red Camp a miss tomorrow. I am no longer interested to meet the Polo Boys)

Let's be cool rather than pretty.

I am done with my graduation night attire.

And it is not a dress.

I know I would throw it aside after that one and only night,
and there goes... probably a hundred?
Which I could actually save up for something I like.
Like a bag? A sneaker? Anything in my wishlist?
So yup yup.

I walked out of the theatre safe and calm after watching Paranormal Activity.
"Oh, you just turned sixteen," said the staff.
Hahaha. Yeah man, NC16 show.

A lot of F word,
Several intimate scenes,
and of course, the scary ones.

By the way, I watched it with someone who was willing to watch with me.
The other time when I requested watching this show,
Lishi and friends didn't agree to it.
So I got an elephant to watch with me uh :|

The show is not that scary...
Except for the very last part.
Yeah, safe and calm.

I love Cathay seats man.
Haha random.

In the evening, I met up with my mum at Westmall,
And brought her to buy the clothes.
I'm so tired of finding a suitable one for graduation night.
Hah, MianWoon knows how I look like in it.

Anyway, Red Camp starts tomorrow.
Free Lunch.
Hahaha, cheapskate right.
Vikings, let's rock till we drop!
(I will charge all my camera batteries and phones!)

And I'm going to look out for Meteor Rain.
I'm going to make a hundred thousand wishes,
hoping that all my wishes will come true.
Placing a bet for my O again.

Hope I won't look so bad on graduation night...

Dong Fang Worm

By YenShan · November 15, 2009 · 0 Comments · 3 Views

Thanks a lot brother.

Yes, I'm back to this Dell computer which is placed in my room for months.
And I have not been using it.
Okay, it doesn't work slow all the time.
I kind of miss this keyboard.
Cause the buttons are quite different from laptop ones.

Hmmm at least it's better than no computer right? :)
My brother is indeed out today,
but he brought him computer with him -____-"

Hot Shot, W is pretty right!
And Jerry Yan, and Wu Zun, and Show Lo!
I love their "Superman" dance!

It is funny to see Dong Fang Xiang and Yuan Da Ying dance.
Cause they are too cool in the show.

During O, I was lazy.
After O, I am even more lazier.
My principle of sleeping late is back.

And like what I've posted on my Facebook,
End Of O level = Rise of Electricity Bill.
I think my parents are going to nag at me very soon.
They are so going to ask me to pack my room.
Throw all my books into that "whisper" box.
Hahaha.

I shall pack my room, very very soon.
Maybe after Red Camp?
Oh yes, must we really wear green shirts for all 3 days?
If only I'm in the black group
(I don't know what's that group name)
Or white also can.

Nevermind, Vikings gogogo.

Okay, I am supposed to meet MianWoon at five.
(But it's 5.04 now and I've yet to bathe)
So I can't post much.
Pasta Mania tonight again.

My Doraemon bank is experiencing malnutrition now.
Soon, you'll see a skinny Doraemon.

I AM SUPERRRRRRMAN!

YenShan

Lee Min Ho: You're my girl!

By YenShan · November 14, 2009 · 0 Comments · 9 Views

I did not know that Hotshot is so addictive.
I was watching one episode after another last night,
until 5.30am when I realised that the kitchen light was turned on.
(My mother was up)
So I rushed back to my room,
threw everything that was on my bed onto the table
and off the light.

My 9am alarm failed to wake me up.
I woke up at 12 when Eileen sent me a message.

Eileen: What time are we meeting?
Me: I'm okay with anytime, I asked YunBei but she didn't tell me...
Me: You all decide already, tell me.
Eileen: Okay, meet at your house bus stop now. I will be reaching in 2 seconds.
Me: Now?! I'm on my bed!
Eileen: Hurry, in 1 second.
Me: Are you serious?! Eh I need to brush my teeth. You all come up first.

So I ran to the toilet,
and washed my face.
Opened the door for Eileen,
and I was told that Evelyn and YunBei were waiting for ZengXuan and friends at JP.

Later, I went to bathe first.
And when I walked out of the bathroom,
with wet hair, and towel on my shoulder,
Evelyn and friends had gathered in the living room already.
They began to sing a birthday song to me.

I was freaked out, happily.
Partly because I wasn't properly attired,
and I was totally battling with the time to rush to JP to meet them.
In the end, it was actually a belated surprise celebration.

I went out with ZengXuan, Shannon and Lishi yesterday,
and yet they gave no hint.
And I really thought I was going out with Evelyn, Eileen and YunBei today.
Hahaha.

Now you girls know that I'm quite easy to be tricked,
even though I always prank people.
Not good man, can take advantage of that.

So I was running here and there in my house,
taking the paper plates and spoons,
clearing the table,
and finding a table cloth.

Afterwards, I cleared the things I dumped on my table,
and placed it back on my bed again.
But no matter what I did, my room still seemed messy. :/

At around 2 plus, I went to Orchard with Evelyn and Eileen.
ION was our first stop.
Then, 30 seconds to Wisma Atria.
And to Takashimaya, Heeren, Tangs, Far East.
(If I didn't remember wrongly... Haha)

We did not really walk around Tangs.
We merely entered the mall to see models!

It was like a cartoon character who came to life.
She is the model on the flyer I was holding.
I observed her for quite a while.
Hahaha.

Standing beside her was a hunk!
He looks like some Topman model.
And he smiled at us.
(Evelyn's heart has melted)

After taking photos with them,
a magician approached us.

He told me to make an identification on a 20 cents coin,
and gave me his "power" to bend the coin.
Muahahaha, I can show off to people that I bent a coin uh! x)

Eileen earned a star-shaped rubberband.
Amazing.

I did not get anything much today.
Just a simple pair of Doraemon socks.
I realise that I've been getting socks! >.<"

By the way, I think I saw Obama's car just now!
When we were on 502 back home,
the bus stopped at this traffic light for a very long time.
Later, several police cars drove past the junction,
followed by this long, black, cool car,
and behind it was a lot more police cars and motors.

If that's really Obama, then it is really cool.
Cause it has caused traffic jam!
Just to let the cars drive past first.

The bus journey was terrible.
After 1 hour in the bus,
we were still at Orchard.
The lady who was sitting beside me,
she was either looking at what I was doing, or squeezing me cause of a guy who was standing right beside her.
Tsk.

Also, two stops after Jurongville bus stop,
something happened to the bus.
I think the bus banged into another car.
Not any major accident, but everybody was asked to alight.
Right behind was another 502.
So I probably spent $3.40 for a bus trip home.
Awww man.

Okay, graduation night attire is still not settled.
I'm going out for the next few days.
Any boss wanna employ me?
I'm always punctual, trust me. :]

Textbook, textbook, textbook, anybody wants to donate textbook to me?
English, Chinese, A Math, E Math, POA, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Geography, History, Literature, Social Studies.

Okay, there is this last minute primary-school-friends gathering tomorrow.
I have not decided whether to go or not.
My brother is out tomorrow, so... I can own this computer.
Hahaha.

Thanks to YunBei, Evelyn, Eileen, ZengXuan, Shannon, ShuFen, Lishi, QiaoSian, Ryan, Khairul, Aizat, YingKang, Reuben, and EugeneA for the shirt, Etude products and cake :D
I am sixteen for the 9th day!
Heeehaaaaaaa!

WHY DID IT RAIN!!!
Somemore for the whole day.
So, goodbye to our Sentosa plan,
and hello to Vivocity.

We went to Harbour Front centre for lunch first,
and I finally tried out the game card, (or what do you call that).
Hahaha I won a Fillet-O-Fish burger for my first try.
Lucky right, save money!
Wait till the day when I go bankrupt and need food to survive,
Fillet-O-Fish to the rescue.

Look, the Lee-Min-Ho style.
Haha except that I have fewer security guards.
We had our left foot out first!
Wahahahahahaha.

After lunch, we walked back to Vivocity.
Checked that it was still raining,
we decided to spend some time at Vivo.

Okay! DRESS.
Here's my graduation night dress.
High-class green and blue cloths.
Costs one mesos.

Jowynn is the first to witness me wearing a dress after 8 years (?).
Yeah probably that long.
Thanks Jo for the tips :)
Cool fashionable friend who gave me many advices today.
Proudest thing I ever bought... that nice grey shade.

We invaded the washroom too.
It was so bored to window-shop around Vivocity,
until we planned to look for some prom dressing ideas.

It was pretty fun to hang out with the girls.
At least Yvonne found the rainbow socks I wanted. :)
And we had Pastamania together for dinner.

Sad uh, my sunflower broke into two parts.
And I threw the pathetic stem away.

I heard that it is World Kindness Day today?
I'm not so kind afterall right,
abused the sunflower by dumping it into my bag without considering the torture it was facing with.
Sorry Sunflower.
(I thought it's chrysanthemum -___-")

Well, the sunflowers turned out looking like the "metal tube" in Teletubbies.
Hahaha.
Happy Kindness Day by the way!

Oh ya!
You know we met Miss Wong at Harbour Front centre!
I was shocked.
Don't know why but whenever I see a teacher in a mall,
I'll find some ways to escape.

Me: EH, I think that person looks like Miss Wong!!!
Me: Wah, really Miss Wong leh!
Me: Miss Wong, Miss Wong, -point-, Miss Wong! There there.
Girls: Where?
Me: -squeeze to the back- THERE, in the cafe, can see? Miss Wong!
Me: Oh my god, Miss Wong lah!!!

In the end, we just walked past her and said hi.
But she ignored my question! :(
I asked her if she was alone, she just smiled back.
Haha, seems like Miss Wong has a shy side too!

At around eight plus,
on our way up the escalator to board the train,
there was this man who was super engrossed in his music.
He was standing right beside me,
and started singing some love song.
(You & Me, together~)
-hair stand-

Then ZengXuan exclaimed, "Eh YenShan, THE MAN IS SINGING TO YOU!"
It wasn't soft at all uh,
luckily I think the man blasted his player.
If not I'm going to strangle ZengXuan.

Jo bought a new ball and I named it Bob.
Okay, I just googled "Bob Cat".
Not that cartoon which I was referring to.
But one thing I know for sure, Bobdog exists.
Hehe.

Did not use Bob at all!
Thanks to the nice cooling rainy day.
I probably did not pray hard enough for a good weather.
So we ended up not visiting Sentosa.
(Hey I finally see the big roller coaster in the future Universal Studio Singapore! Cool)

Wait, I want to talk about Chemistry paper.
At least allow me to say the word: LAST.
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO,
O, O, O, OVER!

Our LAST paper Chemistry has finally ended in JVS hall!
My final footstep in this hall.
Over over, 0067 reporting completion.

Alright I shall pray much harder tonight,
for a perfect weather tomorrow.
Cause I'm going to Orchard!
Please don't rain, November.

Let me reconsider for d-r-e-s-s again.
Hahaha, so long as nobody will laugh at me.

Thank Jo and Yvonne for the photos anyway.
And all the other girls for the great time.
We will go to Sentosa someday.
Some super sunny, super hot, super shiok day.

"Boon Lay, this train is terminating at Boon Lay. All passengers, please alight. Thank you for travelling with SMRT. Boon Lay."
I miss this man, after listening to it for 16 years.
